Witnessing & Being Witnessed

A space to explore alongside other women who care about their inner world

as much as you do.

Guided creative experiences where you can slow down, make something, and explore what is present — while sharing the space with women who are also giving themselves permission to look a little closer.

Make space together.

A group workshop is a guided creative experience designed around a particular theme, question, or area of exploration.

You don't need to know how to draw, know exactly what you want to explore, or share everything you make.

You can create, pause, listen, reflect, or simply stay with your own experience while being part of a room where other women are doing the same.

The group is not about making the same thing.
It's about making space together.

For women who feel inspired by exploring alongside other women

Maybe you find yourself thinking differently when you're around other people.

Maybe someone else's perspective opens a question you hadn't considered, or simply being in a room where others are creating gives you the energy to explore your own experience more freely.

A group workshop gives you that shared space — while leaving room for your own experience to unfold.

You can participate, connect, and explore in the way that feels right for yo

We start where you are, and let the art do the talking.

01 We start where you are.

02 We make a safe space for it.

03 You give it a form.

04 We look at what emerges.

05 Something shifts.

You don't need to know how to make art.

You don't need to draw well, have an artistic background, or know exactly what you want to make.

You don't need to perform, have the right words, or arrive with an answer.

You don't have to know anyone in the room.

You don't have to share if you're not comfortable sharing.

Sharing is always your choice.

Being part of a group doesn't mean giving up your privacy.

You can talk about what you made, listen to someone else's experience, or simply stay with your own.

If something comes up that feels difficult or more than you're ready to explore, we can slow down and find a way to stay with the experience that feels manageable.

You get to choose how much of yourself you bring into the room.

“I realized I didn’t have to wait until everything felt perfect or completely figured out before I could move. I could start, explore, and let the process take me somewhere.”

You might be wondering what to bring, whether you need any art experience, how much you'll be expected to share, or what happens if something comes up during the workshop

Whenever you are ready, there is a place for you here.

Come as you are. Make space for what is present. And experience what it can be like when you explore alongside women who care about their inner world as much as you do.
